The Mercedes key is unlike other car keys as it uses advanced infra-red and radio frequency technology to communicate with the security system in your vehicle via a unique rolling code system. One downside to this advanced technology is that it can easily be damaged if dropped or comes in contact with liquid, in fact almost every Mercedes key we repair is damaged by impact or liquid coming into contact with the sensitive circuitry inside the key, often liquid enters through wear and tear cracks on the surface of the key buttons. We have designed a specialized key analyser which can simulate your vehicles security system and read information transmitted and received by your key allowing us to repair over 95% of faulty Mercedes keys, we can currently repair 1st, 2nd, 3rd  generations keys and provide a 1 year warranty.

We can only repair 4th gen keys if your key won’t start the vehicle but still functions normally with remote locking.

Key repair cost

We are also able to program additional keys to most Mercedes-Benz vehicles from between 1998 to 2009 at a discount of up to 50% the price of a new key from Mercedes-Benz. For this service we require either your vehicle at our workshop in Brookvale or for you to send us your EIS (ignition switch) and one working key if availabe.

The Mercedes Electronic Turbo Actuator commonly fails on diesel engines causing lack of power and the engine to go into limp mode. We have a custom built test bench specifically designed for Mercedes electronic turbo actuators allowing us to thouroughly test your actuator before and after repair. It is very important that when removing and installing your turbo actuator, the actuator shaft is not moved at all by hand as this will result in unrepairable damage. We also require your turbo actuator to be sent to us complete (electronics, housing and clips) as shown in the picture above.

We can repair and refurbish your Mercedes W169 A Class and W245 B Class Throttle Body.
The Mercedes  A Class and B Class throttle body commonly fails causing the check engine light to come on and in some cases can cause poor idle.
