If you placed an order for a new SAM you will receive a confirmation email within a few hours with a ticket number for a technician to code it to your VIN, we do not need your old unit to be sent. If you are sending your unit for repair please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Print the form
A Copy of the test form has now been sent to the e-mail address you provided in your test form – please now go to your e-mail and print the test form you have received and include it with your unit when you send it.
Step 2 – Send it to us
Our correct address details and shipping instructions are also provided in the e-mail we have sent you.
Please ensure the product is packaged correctly and follow any specific instructions if relevant.
What if I don’t have access to a printer?
If you do not have access to a working printer then just hand write the content of the e-mail on to a note and include with your unit.
What if I don’t receive an email from you?
If you haven’t received an email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If still no success, please contact Australian ECU Repair on (02)8021 6637
